Student License Request

This form is for students who wish to obtain a complimentary student license for Simio, which is an included feature of the institution grant award.



If your instructor or other institution representative provided you with a Student License Claim Code, make sure to copy/paste it directly into the specified field, ensuring there are no extra spaces or characters.

Supply your first and last name, the email address provided to you by your academic institution in Academic Email, your personal/non-academic email address in Personal Email, and the Student License Claim Code provided by your instructor.

If you do not have a Student License Claim Code, provide your university name, department name, the course that you are using the license with, your faculty advisor's/instructor's name, and a description of your project in the Additional Details field. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that your request will be approved without further questions.

If you already have a valid license, that is, it is not expired, and require an additional activation because got a new computer, for example: reply to your original award notification providing details, describing the situation and your request. Please, do not apply for another license. 

Your license, if your request is approved, will be sent to the provided Academic Email:

We may use your Academic or Personal Email addresses to communicate with you about how you use Simio and how you could use it in the future. A license generated from your request is to be expressly used for academic purposes, not commercial endeavors nor gain.
