Simio's Customer Portal, My Account: Request for Access

This form is to request access to Simio's customer portal, My Account.

Customers who have active subscriptions or maintenance are encouraged to request access to My Account, which aims to be a central hub for support of and resources for Simio. Currently, it is possible to create a case and correspond with Simio's customer success channels; browse our new and growing knowledge base; and access Simio desktop installation files. The functionality on the platform will continue to evolve to help further improve the Simio user experience. 

Access to My Account is a service provided at the discretion of Simio. Simio reserves the right to withhold or otherwise terminate access to the service. Access to My Account may be subject to later evaluation, where access may be revoked should your relationship with Simio change, the criteria for access be unmet, reasonable suspicion of misuse, or the like. Completing this form does not guarantee access.
